CLINIC PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 1/2 the clinic fee is due along with your registration in order to save your space. The balance is due 30 days prior to the clinic
Current negative Coggins is required & must be received with final payment.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled 45 days prior to the clinic date.
If Clinic is paid in full, participant may choose the option to find a replacement, however, Kindred Spirits Farm must be notified prior to the clinic and proper paperwork submitted.

HORSE ACCOMMODATIONS
Pens are available upon request at $25 per day. Participants must provide feed, bedding and clean their own pen

HORSE LEASING
Leasing is available if your horse is lame or becomes lame during the clinic.
